Org Sentinel
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 13, 2026
Service
Org Sentinel is independent software for monitoring and analyzing Salesforce organizations, releases and connected data platforms. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake or Paddle.
Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and connect only systems you are authorized to access. You are responsible for permissions granted to users in your workspace and for complying with your organization's policies.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, probe other tenants, introduce malicious code, violate law or third-party rights, resell access without authorization, or use the product to access systems without permission.
Plans, trials and billing
A new verified account receives a limited Team trial and then returns to Free unless a paid plan is purchased. Paid subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. Paddle processes payment, taxes, invoices and customer billing details as Merchant of Record.
Customer data
You retain rights to your data and grant us only the limited permission needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and backup of data you connect. Export and deletion controls are available in the product.
Operational decisions
Scores, alerts and recommendations are decision support, not a guarantee of security, availability or deployment success. Review evidence and use qualified personnel before changing production systems. Org Sentinel does not automatically deploy changes in this version.
Availability and changes
We may improve, suspend or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material paid-service changes when practical. Enterprise service levels apply only when stated in a signed agreement.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the service, cancel billing and delete your account. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period preserves access until Paddle confirms the subscription has ended; permanent workspace deletion is then available. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk or unlawful use. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
